2. What we collect
- name, company, e-mail, phone, city — as entered in the form;
- the text of your message and the model you are interested in;
- technical data: IP address, browser user agent, date and time of submission;
- session cookies needed for the security token and language choice.
3. Why we process it
To answer your request, prepare a quotation, provide warranty and service support and maintain the partner register. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.
4. Storage and sharing
Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation and is not sold or transferred to third parties, except where required by law. Retention — until the consent is withdrawn, but not longer than three years.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion by writing to info@elmank.com. We answer within 10 business days.
6. Cookies
We use only technical cookies: session identifier and interface language. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set.
